It all started when...
I started painting when I was 11 or 12, in oils no less in a retired art teacher's basement. The second oldest of 6 children, it was no small feat for my parents to buy oil paints and supplies in those days. I can still remember the walk down to the art space, the smell of turpentine and linseed oil and being in sheer awe that this lovely lady's walls were all covered in her paintings. Fast forward to today and I am back at it after 40 some years, supporting gorgeous Manitoba artwork on my walls and finding my own creative groove in a beautiful studio to paint in. I am deeply grateful. I truly believe we all have creativity in us that is untapped and has nothing to do with artistic ability, a fire that needs tending and fuel. Please join me in releasing your inner Picasso, your creative force, you know you want to. xoxoxo
Come and play, come and get messy, let's create a beautiful experience together
